DEADLINES: Refunds & Category Changes

Important  Dates

July 1st is the last day to request a full refund or a category change.

CATEGORIES

All phone calls have been made to shooters whose categories did not meet the SASS minimum requirements. You can view the condensed/honored categories here.

Each shooter received a confirmation email when they registered showing what they chose when registering. To insure all of your match information (including category) is correct in our system, each shooter will receive an email showing all their confirmed information for the match(es). We plan to send these emails the third week of June. If you have not receive yoru email by June 19, please let us know. This will give you about a week to double-check your category before the deadline.

It is each shooter’s responsibility to ensure their category is correct. There will be no cateogry changes without medical documentation after July 1. There will be NO category changes at check-in for the match.

REFUNDS

All cancellations eligible for a full refund mut be received, by email, by midnight on July 1st. Afgter this date and through midnight on August 1st, a refund of half the paid fees will be issued. After August 1st, there will be no refunds.

We have reached a new record with 748 shooters! While we are still taking applications, we do not anticipatge moving anyone else off the wait list and into the match until after July 1st.
