Swap Meet & New Events!

Cowboy Swap Meet – Wed, Oct 12th, 8am-2pm

In the Pavilion on the Cowboy Range

Each year some of our club members run a great swap meet for our shooters. This keeps you from having to stay with your items all day if you don’t want to. Please remember when you’re purchasing, we deal in cash only and our volunteers are simply holding your money for the seller, they cannot answer any questions pertaining to items. Below are the instructions for selling:

  • We will collect all monies from sale of your items (cash only)
  • Each item must be labeled clearly and securely with your alias & price (in dollar increments only, no $1.99)
  • No guns, all guns must be sold in the gun swap meet in the saloon
  • On arrival, check-in with the cashier to fill out your envelope with your alias and cell # before putting your items out
  • We are not responsible for any items left before 7:00 a.m. on the 12th
  • You must return by 3:00 to retrieve your funds and items not sold
  • Funds not retrieved by 3:00 will be taken to the office, it is your responsibility to retrieve your funds
  • We assume no liability and are not responsible for the safe return of your items
  • Any items left overnight will be discarded
